On May 12, 2021, International Nurses Day, coinciding with the holy birthday of the 40th Sufi Master, Hazrat Mir Ghotbeddin Angha, students from the M.T.O. Shahmaghsoudi® School of Islamic Sufism® Melbourne Centre came together on a global day of action and celebrated the end of Ramadan and Eid-al-Fitr by giving back to their local communities. On this day also commemorating the first anniversary of M.T.O. Charity activities, fifty hampers containing non-perishable foods and essentials were donated to those most in need within the community as part of on-going Global Covid-19 relief efforts. These care packages were donated in collaboration with the East Burwood Uniting Church and the donations were warmly received.
