On May 7, 2021, in recognition of the birthday of the 40th M.T.O. Sufi Master, Hazrat Mir Ghotbeddin Mohammad Angha, as well as Eid al-Fitr and International Nurses Day collectively on May 12th, 2021, M.T.O. Shahmaghsoudi® School of Islamic Sufism® Toronto centre began celebrations early. The MTO Toronto volunteers donated over 200 packs of cleaning supplies which included, disinfecting wipes, Sanitizing stuffs, all Purpose Cleaners, detergents and Sponges to Eva's Initiatives for Homeless Youth, a social services organization providing shelter, transitional housing, and programming in Toronto. Informative flyers on Tamarkoz® free guided meditation sessions were also included with the donations. The upcoming days will bring more donations and deliveries by the M.T.O. volunteers to organizations and hospitals in need in commemoration of the May 12th festivities.
