M.T.O Shahmaghsoudi® School of Islamic Sufism Orange County center donated 110 bags of groceries to disadvantaged families in Santa Ana, California for the occasion of Norouz on March 19, 2021.  The grocery bags included vegetables, grains, soup, and other foods. We also provided the residents with flyers containing information on M.T.O Shahmaghsoudi’s® free online mediation classes on Tamarkoz® App on Instagram which teaches stress relief and relaxation techniques to help families during these difficult times.
