In honor of the holy occasion of the Birthday of Professor Sadegh Angha, the 41st Sufi Master of M.T.O. Shahmaghsoudi® School of Islamic Sufism®, M.T.O. Berkeley volunteers celebrated by serving their local community through a donation of 100 adult masks to the UC Berkeley Basic Needs Center on February 3, 2021. The UC Berkeley Basic Needs Center focuses on providing financial, food, and housing security plus mental health for faculty, staff and students. The staff of the organization were informed about Tamarkoz® classes at UC Berkeley for students as a credit or as free monthly workshops for all. All provided masks were individually enclosed with a flyer informing recipients about Tamarkoz® App and the free daily, live Tamarkoz® meditation and relaxation sessions on Instagram and Facebook.
