On May 14, 2020, students of M.T.O. Shahmaghsoudi® in Denver, Colorado provided 25 gowns, 50 face masks, 33 face shields and 50 bags of non-perishable food to Villa Manor Care Center. 47 of staff and residents in this care Center had tested positive for COVID-19 and were greatly in need of PPE safety supplies. In this event the M.T.O. students met with Senator Brittany Pettersen who was very impressed and grateful with our effort and she asked lots of questions from the students about M.T.O Shahmaghsoudi School of Sufism®. Reporters from CBS Denver, local channel 4, recorded the event and broadcasted it at 6:00 p.m during the daily news program.
