On November 20, 2020, in celebration of World Children’s Day and the opportunity to give back to the next generation, the students of M.T.O. Shahmaghsoudi® School of Islamic Sufism® Milwaukee/Chicago center, prepared and delivered 110 face masks, 330 hygiene products and 330 individually packaged healthy snacks to the Running Rebels organization located in Milwaukee. Running Rebels is an organization committed to provide the youth with the necessary resources and skills needed in order to become thriving, connected and contributing adult members of the community. The staff and directors of community organization were also provided information pertaining to online Tamarkoz® session for the youth in the program in an effort to alleviate the stress and anxiety experienced during these uncertain times.
