On October 29, 2020, In honor of the birthday of the Holy Prophet Mohammad (PBUH), the students of M.T.O. Shahmaghsoudi® School of Islamic Sufism® Chicago/Milwaukee center, prepared and delivered 740 face masks, 960 individually packaged children’s snacks and 282 essential food packages to United Community Center, and Care for Real. United Community Center is an organization dedicated to providing limitless opportunities to help community members reach for and achieve their goals. Care for Real is an organization that provides food, clothing and support services in addition to preparing more than 1.25 million meals each year to the community. The staff and directors of community organizations were also provided information pertaining to online Tamarkoz® session, in an effort to alleviate the stress and anxiety experienced during these uncertain times.
