On September 29-30, 2020, as a part of the ongoing M.T.O. Shahmaghsoudi® Global Initiative in providing Covid-19 relief, M.T.O. Los Angeles participated in the second round of a two-day pop-up event, hosting a Covid-19 mobile testing unit. The drive-up testing was open to the public and over 350 people were tested. This was a collaboration between M.T.O. Shahmaghsoudi® and the Center for Family Health and Education. While most testing sites are centrally located, we brought this pop-up testing center to the San Fernando Valley. Several media outlets attended the event, including AFP (Agence France-Presse), La City View 35 and Univision 34, which increased turnout.
