In an ongoing effort to support the community during the Covid-19 pandemic, students of M.T.O. Berkeley Center donated 20 masks and 20 hygiene kits to the Hayward Adult School on September 26, 2020. Each kit contained 18 personal hygiene items. The school provides education, training and life skills to young adults age 16 to 24 who are homeless, runaways, drop-outs or single parents so they can start a new life. These donations were gratefully received and are much needed for the students.
