On March 4, 2017, M.T.O. Sufi Association and Temple Isaiah presented a collaborative interfaith chant and meditation service, titled “Generous Heart”. The goal of this collaborative service was to come together in unity with our Jewish friends in Temple Isaiah to share the teachings of Islamic Sufism and Jewish tradition about a giving generous heart and bring together the experience of Jewish chant and Sufi zikr. M.T.O. Sufi Association® presented zikr and Tamarkoz® and shared the fragrance and beauty of the teaching of Islam and its message of love, peace and harmony. We held dialogues and conversations, joined together in prayers and remembrance of God and presented an intertwined chant where our hearts where touched by warmth and joy.
