On June 15, 2020, volunteers from the M.T.O. Shahmaghsoudi®, School of Islamic Sufism® in Sacramento made 11 bags of non perishable food items for a group of foster youth from Sacramento County. The volunteers also donated 10 bags of toys and art supplies to the department of Child Protective Services in Sacramento County. Tonja Edelman, a representative from Sacramento County’s department of Child, Family, and Adult Services collected the donations at the M.T.O. Sacramento center.
