The M.T.O. Shahmaghsoudi® Vancouver Centre donated care packages for children in the first week of August to multiple organizations who could not pick up the packages at the Eid al Adha Celebration at the M.T.O. Vancouver Centre. The organizations were very thankful for the care packages that included an adjustable mask, a 20 Piece School Supply Kit, a Bamboo Toothbrush, a Colouring Journal, and more. The Richmond Hospital Senior Philanthropy manager who accepted the packages for children who visit their hospital reached out to thank M.T.O. saying: “As you can imagine, children could get nervous and worried during their stay at the emergency department. Your gifts will be able to get their minds away from their worries, and to provide them comfort.”
