On July 31, 2020, in honor of Eid al-Adha and as part of its Global COVD-19 Campaign, the students of M.T.O. Shahmaghsoudi® School of Islamic Sufism® Chicago/Milwaukee center, delivered over 300 baby essentials and 300 food items to the Family Focus organization in Chicago. Family Focus is a non-profit organization in Illinois with the mission to promote the well-being of children from birth by providing parents and their children with critical resources and learning opportunities to encourage healthy development in their communities. The staff of the organization were also provided information pertaining to online Tamarkoz® live sessions, in an effort to alleviate the stress and anxiety experienced during these uncertain times.
