Shahmaghsoudi® School of Islamic Sufism®, Orange County Center donated 200 Face Shields,100 Hospital Gowns, 100 masks, and 30 surgical caps to La Paz Hospital in Paramount, California to help our health care providers in the fight against Covid-19. The hospital informed us they were in desperate need of PPEs and were very grateful for M.T.O. Shahmaghsoudi® 's generous donation.  We also informed the hospital staff about M.T.O. Shahmaghsoudi® 's free live online meditation and stress relief classes offered on Instagram using the Tamarkoz® App.
