On June 27, 2020, M.T.O. Shahmaghsoudi® School of Islamic Sufism®, Orange County Center, in partnership with the City of Irvine, donated 1200 bags of rice, 1200 bags of pasta, as well as 1200 loafs of bread to a food drive co-hosted by the City of Irvine for 1200 Irvine families in need.  M.T.O. students also volunteered to distribute the food packages at the food drive held at the Irvine Great Park.  Councilmember Farrah Khan attended the food drive and thanked M.T.O. for its very generous food donation and partnership with the City.
