In the afternoon of May 25, in celebration of Eid Fetr, M.T.O. Shahmaghsoudi® School of Islamic Sufism® Toronto donated 35 boxes and bags of food items to Grace Place Food Bank which is part of the Dorset Park Church in the City of Scarborough. This event was attended by Ms. Salma Zahid Member of Parliament. Mrs. Zahid and her husband were so much impressed that gave a hand to M.T.O. students to carry Boxes inside the food bank. Mrs. Zahid in her thank you remarks expressed her cordial thanks to M.T.O. for helping Toronto community and called it a great help. One of the church’s Pastors delivered a short speech appreciating the M.T.O. Action tremendously. He said the M.T.O. donation reached the food bank at the time when there is a very desparate need for food items for those who are in need of help. The Constituency Assistant to MP Mrs. Zahid was also present, who took pictures and made notes for a news report to be published in local newspapers.
