On May 21st and in honor of National Police Week, students of M.T.O. Shahmaghsoudi® School of Islamic Sufism® Berkeley delivered 110 masks and catered food to the Berkeley Fire and Police Department. Students from M.T.O. spoke with the Berkeley Fire and Police Department on M.T.O.'s origins and principles and how the school has expanded globally today. The Sergeants and Officers were extremely thankful to be recognized and appreciated by M.T.O.. The students further informed the Officers, and the Sergeants about the Tamarkoz® App live sessions covering Movazeneh® and Tamarkoz®, and their effects on anxiety and stress relief. The Berkeley Fire and Police Department were very appreciative and grateful for M.T.O. support and our efforts in supporting our community during the current pandemic.
