On the days of May 12-13, 2020, students of M.T.O. Shahmaghsoudi® School of Islamic Sufism® Berkeley donated over 100 handmade cloth masks and gift bags, 15 face shields, and 40 hygiene kits to the Walnut Creek Kaiser Hospital, East Bay Nephrology, Downtown Streets Team, Berkeley Long Life Urgent Care, the medical staff in San Francisco County Jail, and the U.C. Berkeley School of Public Health Community Action Team. Every package contained information on live streaming sessions on Tamarkoz® App. The staff were very grateful and appreciated M.T.O.'s efforts to fight the Covid-19 pandemic.
