On May 10, 2020, M.T.O. Shahmaghsoudi® Dallas Volunteers honored the birthday of the great Sufi Master, Hazrat Mir Ghotbeddin Mohammad Angha, by handing out 130 packages of hot food, bottled water, and socks to the homeless in Downtown Dallas. Due to Covid-19 restrictions, homeless shelters and “soup kitchens” are unable to accommodate the homeless at their regular capacity and therefore many of the homeless had not had a hot meal for days. One of the homeless expressed his appreciation on camera by thanking M.T.O. from the bottom of his heart and acknowledged that the volunteers risked their lives to feed fellow human beings in need.
