On May 5, 2020, the M.T.O. Shahmaghsoudi® School of Islamic Sufism® Vancouver Centre delivered 100 scrub caps sewn by M.T.O. volunteers to Vancouver General Hospital to aid in the fight against COVID-19. The individually packaged caps also included a card with information about the Tamarkoz®App and Coping with COVID-19 e-Course. The caps were distributed by nurses to various units around the hospital. The nurses and other health care professionals loved the colorful caps so much they took photos of themselves and sent them to M.T.O. volunteers. M.T.O is continuing to make more caps from their homes and deliveries are periodically made to various health care centers.
