On May 8, 2020, members of M.T.O. Shahmaghsoudi® School of Islamic Sufism® Orange County Center, in an attempt to show our appreciation for the nurses on the front lines battling this epidemic, and in honor of nurses week, prepared and donated 50 care packages full of healthy snacks and refreshments to Arrowhead Regional Medical Center. The nurses were very grateful and thanked M.T.O. for its kind gesture. We also informed the nursing staff that M.T.O. is also offering free online classes teaching stress-relief and calming techniques to cope with the stress and anxiety caused by the Covid-19 pandemic. The nurses were given flyers with this information.
