On May 3, 2020, students of M.T.O. shahmaghsoudi® School of Islamic Sufism® in New York and New Jersey donated packages of dried foods, cereals, rice and pasta, along with M.T.O. flyers to to Nutley Family Service Bureau (NSFB) to feed more than 250 families. Eleen Painter, executive director of SFSB, was very grateful and wanted to print the M.T.O. flyer on their own weekly newspaper. On the same date, 25 care packages containing fresh fruits, snacks, and homemade cakes were donated to Elmhurst Hospital personnel in Queens, New York. Included were also flyers containing information on wellness and mental health resources from M.T.O., such as the Tamarkoz® App.
