On April 16, 2020, members of M.T.O. Shahmaghsoudi® School of Islamic Sufism® in New Jersey and New York donated numerous PPEs to Princeton Medical Center and Overlook Medical Center. In total there were 12,000 pairs of gloves, 500 N95 masks, 500 gowns and face shields donated. Included were also information letting the hospital staff and visitors know about Tamarkoz® App and its free classes. Additionally, on the same day, a large quantity of dried and canned foods, and cleaning supplies were donated to Bound Brook Food Banks of New Jersey, as well as 100 boxes of pizza and soda donated to Newark Shelter to feed 200 people.
