On May 6, 2020, M.T.O. Shahmaghsoudi® School of Islamic Sufism® Orange County center, in an attempt to help the front line health care providers in the fight against Covid-19, and in honor of nurses week, donated 100 hand-sewn isolation hospital gowns, 150 plastic face shields, and 80 cloth masks to Riverside Community Hospital. The doctors and nurses that greeted us to accept the donation were very grateful and thanked M.T.O. for making such a generous and desperately-needed donation. They were very touched at the amount of the donation. They informed us they were in desperate need of PPEs. We also informed the hospital that M.T.O. is also offering free online classes teaching stress-relief and calming techniques to cope with the stress and anxiety caused by the Covid-19 pandemic. The hospital was also given flyers with this information.
