On May 5, 2020, in their continued effort to support the hospitals who are in the front line of the fight against Covid-19, the students of M.T.O. Shahmaghsoudi® School of Islamic Sufism® in Berkeley, California donated 30 cupcakes, 20 face masks, 10 face shields and 10 isolation gowns to another major hospital in the neighboring city of Oakland called Sutter Health Summit Campus. The medical items were prepared by student volunteers specifically for the medical staff who treat patients with Covid-19. In addition to the above, the students informed the recipients of the donated items about the free live streaming sessions on Tamarkoz®App so they too can benefit from the healing and stress relief effects of these sessions. The staff at the facility expressed their deepest gratitude for the support M.T.O. has provided for them.
