On April 29, 2020, students M.T.O. Shahmaghsoudi® School of Islamic Sufism® Chicago/Milwaukee Center donated 100 handmade masks, 50 boxes of non-perishable foods, along with cleaning and sanitation supplies, to The Guest House of Milwaukee (GHM) due to COVID-19 related needs. GHM provides shelter, housing, education, and services to Milwaukee's homeless who seek to transform their lives with dignity and purpose. The organization collaborated with M.T.O. members to inform them of their essential needs. The GHM executive director and director of funds development emailed a gratitude letter expressing their appreciation regarding the donations from M.T.O..
