On May 1, 2020, the students of M.T.O. Shahmaghsoudi® School of Islamic Sufism® Orange County Center, in an attempt to help our local homeless shelter feed their residents during the Covid-19 crisis, donated a pallet load of rice, pasta, pasta sauce, canned vegetables, and cooking oil to the Orange County Rescue Mission. This Rescue Mission is a shelter that provides 600 meals per day to the homeless population of Orange County residing at their shelter. We also provided the shelter staff with flyers containing information on free online resources and classes provided by M.T.O. Shahmaghsoudi to help with stress-relief and calming techniques in this difficult time. The shelter was very grateful for the food donation.
