On April 30, 2020, students of M.T.O. Shahmaghsoudi® School of Islamic Sufism® Berkeley donated 25 food packages, 25 sanitized hygiene kits and 25 cloth face masks to Elizabeth House, which is Transitional Housing for women and children in Berkeley. This aid will provide relief to 18-25 households; each household in the Elizabeth House Transitional Housing consists of one mom and anywhere from 1-3 children. Additionally, every package donated provided information on wellness and mental health resources from M.T.O. such as the Tamarkoz® App.
