On February 27, 2020, M.T.O. Shahmaghsoudi® in San Diego attended the 3rd Annual interfaith prayer breakfast event in Pacific Beach, California. This event was organized by the planning committee of the newly formed PB Interfaith Coalition. This year M.T.O. was also part of the noted planning committee. One of the most popular highlights of this program was a calming and centering short, guided Tamarkoz® (Sufi Mediation) exercise offered by M.T.O. The one hundred and twenty attendees found the opportunity to experience and enjoy Tamarkoz for the first time at this event. Other parts of the program included presentations and prayers by members of different faith groups including a presentation on environmental topics by the renowned Catholic Bishop, Robert McElroy. Informative handouts about the upcoming Tamarkoz app and other upcoming M.T.O. events were shared with the audience at this event, and M.T.O. members found the opportunity to meet members of other faith groups and discuss opportunities of future collaborations.
