The Sufi Psychology Association® provided two Stress Reduction classes at the 20th ACM/IFIP International Middleware Conference held at the University of California, Davis on December 10th and December 12th, 2019. Attendees learned Tamarkoz® techniques for stress reduction, and experienced deep relaxation. Everyone expressed their gratitude for learning such effective and powerful techniques. The classes were the first of their kind at a computer science conference. The Sufi Psychology Association greatly appreciated the conference organizer’s thoughtfulness in donating all extra food from the conference to the Davis Community Meals and Housing who provide meals for low-income and homeless individuals and families.
