M.T.O. Shahmaghsoudi® School of Islamic Sufism® Albuquerque students attended New Mexico Interfaith Dialogue's meeting at the Islamic Center of New Mexico on September 19, 2019, on the topic of religion and government. Fruitful discussions between attendees of various faiths centered on the topic of scripture, with questions of use and abuse of religion in government and whether religion affects the lens through which we view the world. Students are grateful for the opportunity to strengthen and expand their understanding of Religion in this monthly interfaith event.
