On October 13, 2019, the M.T.O. Shahmaghsoudi® Chicago/Milwaukee center held an open house for students and faculty from local colleges and universities. This event, which was called “Sufism & Self-Knowledge”, was held to celebrate the launch of weekly Sufism classes for students. A bus load of students and their professors attended the event where they learned about Sufism, the school, and experienced Zikr. The 40 attendees asked a multitude of questions about Sufism and self-knowledge and expressed interest in learning more.
