The September Gala, an annual fundraiser, was established over 20 years ago by a few students of M.T.O. Shahmaghsoudi® School of Islamic Sufism® in honor of the Sufi Master, Hazrat Salaheddin Ali Nader Angha's birthday on September 30th. Proceeds have been distributed for a variety of purposes to further the mission of M.T.O. This year it was held in Glendale, California at the Brandview Ballroom on August 18th, 2019 (due to the month of September coinciding with the month of Moharram). Again, this year the tickets to the Gala were sold out with over 350 attendees. The guests were able to access and purchase calligraphic art pieces, Persian rugs, jewelry, books, and other art items. They also enjoyed a scrumptious meal and lively music by two different artists. It was another festive and successful Gala and we hope to celebrate many more.
