M.T.O. Shahmaghsoudi® School of Islamic Sufism® Albuquerque students attended New Mexico Interfaith Dialogue's meeting at Congregation Albert on July 18, 2019. Fruitful discussions between attendees of various faiths centered on the topic of scripture, with questions such as: Is scripture the literal word of God? What role does scripture play in your religion? Are writings other than scripture used in your religion? Are writings other than scripture important or inspirational to you personally, and are these writings necessarily related to your religion? Students are grateful for the opportunity to strengthen and expand their understanding of Religion in this monthly interfaith event.
