On May 19, 2019, students of M.T.O. Shahmaghsoudi® School of Islamic Sufism® in Chicago/Milwaukee hosted a night of Iftar in honor of the Holy Month of Ramadan. The seventy guests, which included students from the University of Wisconsin of Milwaukee and members of the community, were welcomed to M.T.O. Shahmaghsoudi, by first being informed about the etiquettes of the school, followed by an introduction to Islamic Sufism and Zikr (Sufi chanting). The attendees had the opportunity to engage in dialogue with individuals from a variety of diverse faiths. After the discussion, participants were invited to join in the Zikr. The evening came to an end with guests enjoying Iftar.
