On August 12, 2017, M.T.O. School of Sufism® in Sacramento participated in an annual Rosemont community event called Celebration of Community. We were able to make contact with dozens of our neighbors and invite them to our center. We passed out roses with an M.T.O. card attached to the stem. This turned out to be a wonderful icebreaker and opened up the door to conversation and sharing more information about the school. Approximately 40 organizations and businesses operated small informational booths. This is the second year that M.T.O. Sacramento has participated in the event.
