The M.T.O. Sufi Association® was approached by the Graduate Assembly (GA) to help address the problem of graduate student well-being and take steps to educate the graduate student population about stress-management. We have teamed up with the GA’s Graduate Student Wellness Project to organize a series of Tamarkoz® workshops. We held three workshops that were all full and met with great enthusiasm. Students were introduced to Sufism and Sufi principles and guided through Tamarkoz® at each session.
