The Universal Love and Peace is a grassroots movement at U.C. Berkeley that aims to bring awareness to human rights and social justice issues, currently focusing on mental and physical wellness. In that spirit, they invited the M.T.O. Sufi Association® to give an introductory lecture on Sufism, Tamarkoz® and the principle of balance, and a guided Tamarkoz session to help relieve student stress. We had a wonderful session with 25 students and look forward to collaborating again in the future.
