On the morning of April 21th, 2015, M.T.O. Sufi Association® participated with other faith leaders and members uniting together at the LA City Council Chambers to present a resolution to establish the first-ever Religious Pluralism Day! At this event, M.T.O. Sufi Association® had the opportunity to meet and hear from Los Angeles leaders and representatives of other religious organizations who all had gathered to emphasize the importance of unity against hate and persecution. The event included a formal presentation in the L.A. City Council Chambers and honored speakers included City Controller Ron Galperin as well as representatives of various religious denominations.
