On May 11, 2023, in recognition of International Nurses Day, M.T.O. Dallas showed their appreciation of the frontline heroes who continue to serve selflessly by serving 170 meals to all the nursing staff at Methodist Charlton Medical Center. In addition, 170 gift packages were given to the nurses along with a commemorative glass sculptor to mark the occasion. The president, the director of nursing, and the chief operating officer received the donation and were grateful. The volunteers were subsequently invited by the hospital president to introduce M.T.O. at the hospital's nurses' award ceremony.
