On September 30, 2022, in honor and celebration of the birthday of Professor Nader Angha, students of M.T.O. Atlanta joined efforts with State Representative Mandisha Thomas and other local community leaders to collectively donate 10 tons of drinking water to the residents of Jackson, Mississippi who are left without fresh drinking water due to recent floods.
