On September 6, 2022, M.T.O. Shahmaghsoudi® was invited to a live televised event at Los Angeles City Hall to be personally acknowledged for its incredible involvement in the community throughout the COVID-19 pandemic. Councilmembers Bob Blumenfield, Nithya Raman, Gil Cedillo and Monica Rodriguez jointly partnered in the momentous event of designating September 30th as M.T.O. Shahmaghsoudi® Day in the great City of Los Angeles. Councilmember Bob Blumenfield introduced M.T.O. Shahmaghsoudi® to the LA City Council with meaningful and kind words, followed by a short video compilation of M.T.O. Los Angeles’ efforts during the last couple of years. Bob Blumenfield’s speech expressed gratitude to the team of volunteers and personally acknowledged MTO’s efforts. Councilmembers Gil Cedillo and Monica Rodriguez also take the opportunity to share their experience and appreciation. M.T.O. Shahmaghsoudi® was honored to be acknowledged by our elected officials for all the involvement in the community during this time of need.
