On August 17, 2022, M.T.O. Shahmaghsoudi® School of Islamic Sufism® Vancouver Volunteers gave back to their community by donating 900lb of non-perishable food items. This donation was made in partnership with the Greater Vancouver Food bank, an organisation whose mission is to provide nutritious foods to those in need. M.T.O. Volunteers organized the donation of various food items including cereal, canned foods, rice, pasta and more. As M.T.O. Volunteers are continuously searching for ways to give back to their community, they were overjoyed to be able to make their contribution by helping the Greater Vancouver Food bank create food security for those in need.
