On July 8, 2022, in celebration of Eid al-Adha, MTO Shahmaghsoudi® School of Islamic Sufism® Toronto centre donated 23 full boxes and bags of non-perishable food items to Society For The Living Food Bank ––a non-profit organization in Toronto providing food services to families and individuals in need. Furthermore, informative flyers on MTO Tamarkoz® free guided meditation sessions were provided to the staff to help them reduce COVID-19 stress.
