On September 25th, 2015, in honor of Eid Ghorban, 14 students of M.T.O. Shahmaghsoudi® Chicago/Milwaukee center volunteered to work on the farm of the Hunger Task Force in Franklin, WI. This farm grows fruits and vegetables to feed the hungry people of the Milwaukee community. M.T.O. Shahmaghsoudi® students picked rocks from 4.4 acres of land and harvested 4,000 pounds of watermelon. Upon completing this event, the Hunger Task Force sent a letter thanking M.T.O. Shahmaghsoudi® for its help and inviting them to be a part of future activities.
