On February 25, 2022, M.T.O. Shahmaghsoudi® Los Angeles donated to California State University Northridge students and families. Many college students are low-income and suffer from food shortages. Over 150 full bags of non-perishable food were sorted, packaged and delivered to a center, where vehicles pulled up and were handed food and groceries. Pallets of fresh fruits and vegetables are distributed as part of CSUN’s Healthy Living initiative in Canoga Park, in which approximately 4,100 individuals and families receive food as part of this effort. This food distribution is an extension of CalFresh.
