On February 7, 2022, M.T.O. Berkeley sustainability volunteers joined Save the Bay at Martin Luther King Jr. Park to help clean up the shorelines and volunteer in the park’s nursery. In total, 100 pounds of debris and plastic was gathered and hundreds of planters were scrubbed clean for new native seedlings to be planted in the nursery.
