On February 4, 2022, M.T.O. students across the globe celebrated the birthday of Sufi Master Professor Sadegh Angha, through charitable acts and donations. This day was proclaimed “M.T.O. Shahmaghsoudi® Day” in the province of British Columbia and the city of Burnaby where local M.T.O. Volunteers, in collaboration with Member of Legislative Assembly (MLA) Anne Kang, organized a donation of 205 transformable jacket-to-backpack-to-pillows for children. The donations were gifted to local schools and organizations for delivery to children and families in need; these include children at Capilano Little Ones School, YWCA Metro Vancouver, and North Shore Neighbourhood House. Volunteers were overjoyed with the community’s recognition and acknowledgement of M.T.O. Shahmaghsoudi® Vancouver’s local efforts, and are excited to continue their service to the community.
