On February 2, 2022, M.T.O. Shahmaghsoudi® School of Islamic Sufism® Dallas Center celebrated the birthday of Sufi Master Professor Sadegh Angha through a global day of action and charity. M.T.O. students in collaboration with Texas Congressman Matt Shaheen, donated 700 books and 200 toys to the Children’s Medical Center Plano. The hospital stated: “that the children will be thrilled to receive the books and toys as they undergo treatment at our hospital.” The Congressman presented M.T.O with a proclamation recognizing February 4th as the Day of Sufism in the state of Texas. In his speech he acknowledged the vast knowledge and leadership of Professor Angha which has set the stage for the continuous global charitable efforts of M.T.O. ® students.
