In commemoration of the birthday of Professor Sadegh Angha, M.T.O. Shahmaghsoudi® School of Islamic Sufism® Toronto centre donated 23 full bags and boxes of non-perishable food items to organizations helping those in need in the Greater Toronto Area. The first donation was delivered to The Richmond Hill Community Food Bank, and the second to YSM (Yonge Street Mission) - a non-profit charity dedicated to helping people rise out of poverty in Toronto. Furthermore, informative flyers on M.T.O. Tamarkoz® free guided meditation sessions were provided to the staff at both organizations to help them reduce stress and better cope with the current COVID-19 pandemic stress.
